Had to edit user now I need to re-invite them to the merchant services. How do you re-invite them if they are unable to re-set their password?

To re-invite the user, you may need to delete it first and add the user again. It's my pleasure to help guide you how.
To protect the security of your merchant account, only your company's administrators (those in a Full Admin role) can access and change user information.
Deleting a user depends on how you want to remove the user in the Merchant Services Center.
