Hello there, @accounting52.
Thanks for coming to the Community for help. I just got the information you need to get the past due invoices in your customer statement.
You have the option to select between open, overdue and all on the Customer Balance Status drop-down when you create a Transaction Statement. To do that follows the steps below:
1. Go to the Plus icon and select Statement.
2. Choose Transaction Statement on the Statement Type drop-down.
3. Select a Statement Date.
4. Under the Customer Balance Status, choose any of the three options.
5. Enter Start Date and End Date.
6. Hit Apply.
If you only want the past due invoices on your statement, select Overdue on the drop-down.
For more information, please take a look at the following article: How to Review Open Invoices and Send Payment Reminders and Balance Forward Statements in QuickBooks ....
That should do it. Please let me know if you need anything else, I’ll be more than happy to help. Thanks for dropping by and take care!
