I keep getting this message "Something didn't connect No trips were imported yet.Try again in a bit." Anyone else have this problem?

We've received reports about some customers having the same problem. Our product engineers are currently working to resolve this as soon as possible.
As a workaround, let's try to use a different browser to import your miles.
I also recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed support so you will be added to the list of affected users.
