Leave taken in payrun is not reflected in leave balances for employee.

For an employee who has taken personal/sick leave and annual leave over the last 2 payruns, Neither is reflected in their leave balances.  The leave taken was entered as part of pay run finalisation (instead of ordinary hours).  But the leave balances are still the same and when I expand each balance it doesn't show leave taken for either payrun for either category.

 

This is wrong - why is this happening and how do I correct it?

QuickBooks Online payroll service is handled by KeyPay. To know what's happening with the leave balances and how to correct it, I suggest reaching out to the KeyPay support. They can take a better look at your payroll issue.
