Missing refund

I sent in all the information for a Mac Quickbooks refund and got a confirmation but never received the refund

I want to make sure you'll get the best help with your refund request. 

 

Your account's security is one of our top priorities here in the QuickBooks Community. As much as I would love to get this handled directly, pulling up your account to check the status of your refund requires your company information which I am unable to do in this public forum for security purposes. 

 

In this case, I encourage you to contact our QuickBooks Mac for Desktop Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you further details about your refund. 

 

Here's how you can contact our customer support:

  1. Select Help menu.
  2. In order to route you to the correct support expert, we need to know what type of question you have.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. We’ll provide you a few options. You choose which one is best for you.
