Newly purchased software

The newly purchased software is a Microsoft windows application and is not supported on my new Mac os. How can I correct this and switch my new software to be compatible with my new Mac os? Please help!!

Hi @Peanut1947 :

 

Call Intuit sales and ask for a refund and purchase the QB Mac version if you want to use QB Mac desktop.
