Payroll Service

My payroll Service keeps sending me alert that my service is Inactivated, I have paid my subscription and I have to keep logging in to Intuit for it to restart. Any one know how to fix this?

I'm glad you've reached out to us. Let me help provide some information about your QuickBooks Payroll Service. 


Let's log into your Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) account to make sure that your billing information is updated since this might be the reason why you're getting the notification alert.


To log into CAMPS, here's how:

  1. Go to
  2. Log in with your Intuit account info.
  3. Select the tile for QuickBooks Desktop.

The "Payment Method" section shows your credit cards and bank accounts,  and for what subscription they're used. To update your payment info, here's how:

  1. Select a payment method from the list.
  2. Enter the new payment info. Be sure to enter the CVV number if you’re updating your credit card info.
  3. Select Save and Close. We’ll verify the validity of your payment info.

By following this process, this will re-validate your subscription.
