My original credit card used for automatic renewal was compromised. I forgot to update Intuit. But I corrected it and received my notice of payment January 15, 2019. Now though, I cannot get my payroll program to recognize that it has been updated. Can you help me? I have tried to enter it so many times it has locked me out for another 1069 minutes.
Hello there, Admin68.

For security reasons, you may need to get in touch with our Phone Support Team for them to check the credit card associated with your account.

However, if the status is Inactive, you'll need to get in touch with our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account and re-instate your service key to activate your payroll subscription.
