Profile Update Fax Number Problem

Updating my profile information, it does not "require" a fax number, but no matter what I try it won't let me "save" & exit without one. I don't have one, so I tried to make up numbers, and found a real (acceptable) fax number and it will not take it. So I still I cannot update & exit. I just want to update my profile. Help!

Let's get your personal information saved.


There's another way how to enter your personal information by logging in to the Customer Account Management Portal Site. Here's how:

  1. Go to
  2. Log in with your Intuit account info.
  3. Click on My profile beside the Sign out link.
  4. Edit your information from there.

Once updated, all information from this page will be shown in your QuickBooks Online accounts.
