Where do we report bugs?
The desktop version, updated 1/26/2019, does not allow logging in and thus shows NOTHING, making the app useless.
Let’s first try to clean up the app’s system by clearing the cache. Just go to Help at the upper left corner and select Reset App Data.
If you’re still unable to log in after doing the steps above, I’d recommend uninstalling and reinstall the application. You get it for free by visiting this site: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/apps/.
