QB POS Sales Receipts Data Sync with QB Desktop Pro shows negative balance

I was able to data sync my QB POS with QB desktop pro and all the sales receipt history is showing in my income tracker. The only issue is that the receipts show the sale, but where the credit transaction is it is showing a negative payment on every receipt. I shows the transaction as processed, checked in QB payments, and they were processed but the history is not showing it as positive thereby not showing it as income in QB desktop.

 

What am I doing wrong?

In a perfect world, these transactions shouldn't be negative. In your case, I'd suggest contacting the POS Customer Support. They'll be able to check every detail to see what's going on your account.
