Let's check if this behavior is caused by a full cache.
A cache temporarily stores your browsing history, but it may cause unusual behaviors on a web page when it's full.
To start checking, you can log in to QuickBooks in a private browser. This disables the cache from saving your browsing data and is used to check issues caused by a full cache. If the journal entry shows up, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If not, you can try other browsers to isolate the case.
It you get the same thing after trying the steps above, please contact the KeyPay support to check this further. Just go to Employees and click the Payroll Support button at the bottom-right corner.
