Since I updated Pro 2019 this morning, I can not run any reports and can not run HELP either. It exits the program.

I tried everything you mentioned but still didn’t work
Finally I Restore the window to the date before last Quick book update (Last update was 6/20/19)
It works fine but I am afraid to update the Quick Book. I will wait few days before I try to update
