Quickbooks Online Recertification Results not showing

I took the 2019 QBO re-certification on May 13, 2019. I still do not have results despite contacting support 3 times. Their latest suggestion is to retake the test on incognito. I said only if they pay me for my time! 

Has anyone else had this problem? How did it get resolved?
