QuickBooks will not complete start up. I have uninstalled the program and restarted my machines. I have downloaded the fixer program, patches, and downloaded and reinstalled the QuickBooks program. Still no complete startup.

When the program does not open, I suggest running the reboot.bat file to re-registers QuickBooks-related .DLL and .OCX files in Microsoft Windows to resolve the problem. Here’s how:

I'm having a similar issue with Premier 2017 desktop version. I can only successfully open the application if I first run the diagnostic tool. If I just try to open it via the desktop shortcut, it prompts me for the password but then will not respond.
