Uploading attachment to Bill Error

When we enter a bill and upload an attachment to that bill, the bill is marked as paid after the upload is complete.

We haven't received any reports from other users about the changing of bill status from Open to Paid when adding attachments. You can perform some browser troubleshooting to isolate the issue going on with your account.


Let's start with logging into your account using a private browser to determine if the issue is related to your browser. I'm adding the shortcut keys depending on what you're using:


  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P.
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  Shift P.
  • Safari: press Command Shift N.

If this works, you can switch back on your regular browser and clear its cache to fix the issue. You can also try to use a different browser to identify if the problem is browser or system related as well.


If all fails, please proceed with reaching out to one of our Support Specialists this time. They'll be needing to check your account and perform any escalation if necessary to resolve the issue.
