I am able to access the community through Google Chrome but I get an error that "something went wrong" every time I try to open any help articles or community links through Firefox which is my default browser. I've tried deleting all quickbooks and intuit cookies with no luck. Any other suggestions?

I can help figure out why you're getting an error when accessing the Community link using the Firefox browser.
It's possible that your Firefox browser needs to be updated to the latest release. Let's attempt running a manual update to check if it works.
Once done, try to access the Community page again using the Firefox browser.
