I have just the steps you'll need to switch your QuickBooks Online subscription to Annual Billing. I'll guide you through doing this below:

Change your Billing Cycle

1. Navigate to QuickBooks Online and sign in.
2. Click the Gear icon (⚙) and select Account and Settings.
3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab. Keep in mind that only Company or Master Administrators may edit the subscription information.
4. In the Plan details section, select Switch to annual billing (pictured below).
5. Verify the new subscription information, click Switch, then Done.

Soon after doing this, you'll receive a verification email describing the change. Now you can save money on your QuickBooks subscription by paying only once per year on your billing date. We also offer a detailed guide on QBO Billing Cycles that I'm sure you'll find helpful.
