How do i stop the cash drawer from opening each time that i print a "hold" receipt?

Welcome to the Community. Let me help share a way to limit your cash drawer from opening. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to File and select Preferences.
2. Select Company.
3. Then click Sales and make your selection under Open Cash Drawer.
