reactivate my payroll

Hello,

 

I paid for reactivating my payroll and was charged but it still shows inactive. HELP

There are several possible reasons why the account shows payroll service is inactive.

  • QuickBooks isn’t updated
  • Payroll tax table is outdated.
  • Intuit is having trouble getting authorization for your payroll charges.

Let’s try some troubleshooting steps to get past the issue. First, make sure to update QuickBooks to the latest release. Once done, download the latest tax table to refresh the payroll connection. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Employees menu and select Get Payroll Updates.
  2. On the Get Payroll Updates pop-up, select Download entire payroll update.
  3. Click Update.
  4. A window appears when the download is complete.

Reach out to phone support by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Help menu and select Ask Intuit.
  2. On the pop-up, scroll down and click the blue Contact us link.
  3. Fill out the Tell us more about your question field and click Search.
  4. Click the Get Phone Number button.
