When using the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet, sales orders automatically drop off of the Dashboard once they have been invoiced but they remain on the Pick and Pack screens as completed. Is there a way to clear out the sales orders from the Pick and Pack screens after the order has been invoiced?
I know you can filter on those screens but it seems they don't need to be there once an order has been invoiced.
As of this time, there isn't an option to remove the sales orders from the Pick and Pack tab.
As a workaround, you can filter those tabs to remove the sales orders that were already invoiced. I want to let you know that we're taking note of your feedback and suggestions to improve the experience we're providing.
