In the meantime, you may want to change QuickBooks DPI settings in QuickBooks. This solution is commonly use if the font or the icons on the Home page are either too small or too big than the usual setup.
Here's how to do it:
Right-click the QuickBooks icon, then select Properties.
On Compatibility tab, select Disable display scaling on high DPI settings.
Select Apply, then OK.
Open QuickBooks and check to see if the windows are visible.
