Can I add multiple Jobs to the same invoice??

We haul alot of loads for the same customer but 1/2 the load is from one location and the other 1/2 is from another location, each location pays their portion. I have each location defined as a Job but would like to differentiate which one is paying which on the same invoice? Is there a way to include 2 jobs on the same invoice so that we can receive payments from the correct locations. If this makes any sense!

I'm here with clarifications in creating an invoice, jandhcody.


Currently, you can only add one Job to an invoice. You'll want to create two separate invoices to two different jobs. 


Other workaround, once you save the invoice, you can create a copy of it and add the second Job. Here's how:

  1. Open the invoice.
  2. Select Create a copy, then OK.
  3. From the Customer: Job drop-down, change the Job name.
  4. Select Save and close.
