Though we’re sad to let you go, I can help cancel your QuickBooks Payments account. If the subscription is active, it’s possible that you were charged for it.


There are two ways to do this, either submit a cancelation request to our Payments Team or contact them directly for assistance. The first option is only available if you haven’t processed any transactions in the past 90 days. 


Send the request in writing with the following information:

  • Business name
  • Account number
  • Reason for closing
  • Signature of the person who signed up for the account

You can also reach out to our Merchant Services Team for help in terminating the subscription. They are available from Mondays to Fridays from 5 AM to 7 PM PT, and 6 AM to 4 PM PT on Saturdays. Here's how to contact support: Contact QuickBooks Payments.
