Can different users have different default email templates when sending forms?
I have two users that send estimates and we use Outlook to send emails from Quickbooks. I want the email template that each user sends with the estimate to be customized to that user so their name/contact info is specific. Does that make sense?

QuickBooks is designed to use one default email template when sending estimates. Though having the option to send forms using different email template for different users is a good suggestion, let me be the one to send a feature request If this is something you wish to have in QuickBooks Desktop.
