I deal in AUD and USD and have two different bank account for accepting each currency.
Is it possible to have an invoice template for each as the bank account details are different?
If not, that means I will have to input the appropriate bank details each time.
You can create multiple invoice templates in QuickBooks Online. Let me show you how:
