Can you have multiple invoice templates?

Hi,

I deal in AUD and USD and have two different bank account for accepting each currency.

Is it possible to have an invoice template for each as the bank account details are different?

If not, that means I will have to input the appropriate bank details each time.

Thanks!

Re: Can you have multiple invoice templates?

Hi @Hannah2795,

You can create multiple invoice templates in QuickBooks Online. Let me show you how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. On the Custom form styles page, click the New style drop down menu then select Invoice.
  3. (Optional) Rename the template as you'd like.
  4. Click the Content tab then click the Pencil icon of the bottom part of the sample invoice.
  5. You can put in your bank details in the Add footer text box.

This way you can have 2 or more templates with different bank details. You can switch between them in the invoice page.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Customize menu.
  2. Select the appropriate template for your invoice.

If you want to import custom form styles for invoices or estimates, take a few minutes in viewing the article provided. It walks you through on how to design and import your own custom form style.

I'd be glad to answer any other questions you might have. Drop me a comment below and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
