Credit card payments

I keep getting kicked out of QuickBooks when trying to process a payment.

I'm here to help share information in making sure you'd able to process credit card payments.


To start, you can try clearing your QuickBooks Online app's data. This will help fix any errors in the system.


To do this task, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online app.
  2. Click the Help menu at the top. 
  3. Choose Reset App Data.

Once done performing the steps above, close and reopen the app, then try to process credit card payments again.
