First two GoPay transactions processed on mobile with swipe and signature and arrived at the bank account provided.
Third payment processed in the same way and issued receipt but funds have not reached bank account after seven days since transaction completed.
No record of any transactions at all, in Intuit QB online payments account, despite carrying the same destination account number. Search for transactions results in 'no record found'.
How do I rectify this disconnect?
How do I trace funds that have been charged but not deposited?
Is there a customer service available for GoPay issues?
