Let me help share some information about entering sales receipts processed via PayPal.
When creating a sales receipt, the default account used is undeposited funds. To ensure it goes directly to your preferred account, you have the option to change this by selecting the accounts in the Deposit to drop-down.
This should help track your PayPal transactions.
