Referring to this in the docs: https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/qbpayments/docs/develop/tutorials/merchant-service-center...
If you do this, and provide the correct number, the page never loads and the site has a console error of: voidTransactionPath is not defined
You can search for a transaction and click on it, but if you refresh that page, you also get this error. Is there another way to load this link or can the site be fixed?
I want to ensure you'll be able to access the link to the production system via Merchant Services Center.
I'd like to check this for you and get it taken care of myself. However, I won't be able to check your account without asking for your Merchant Services account information. I don't want your sensitive information displayed here for security reasons since the Community is a public forum.
For third-party applications to help with the integration of online stores and QuickBooks Online, I recommend that you post this question to our separate online forum called Intuit Developer Community.
This site contains resources for software development, as well as the ability to ask fellow developers questions. You can find additional information about this at the following link: https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/homepage.
We also have resources available to help you grow and manage your business, all you need to do is visit the QuickBooks Resource Center for more information.
For additional help, feel free to reach out to our Merchant Services Center. You can get our most updated contact number here: https://community.intuit.com/browse/payments-contact-us.
Should you need more information, please let me know. I'll be around to help.
