So - a large customer is set up by procurement locations (e.g multiple). They were not set up as subcustomers, or with multiple jobs etc. We have been receiving payments from their disbursment center as one lump payment for multiple locations.
I dont see any quick way to apply a full advice without manually breaking it out (i.e Making one $12,000 advice, 3 $4,000 advices. Please let me know if there is a quicker workaround, and how to better set up these customers
We are not currently using bank feeds.

You'll have set the procurement location as a Job to the customer. This way, it will be easy for you to apply a full advice without manually breaking it out.
Once done, you can create any sales transactions for these jobs. The full amount will be recorded directly to the customer.
For example, each location or Job has $4000 dollars invoice. Then, you'll create a receive payment transaction for them. The full advice is recorded to the customer.
