Join nowI need HELP, PLEASE!!!! Since updating to Fishbowl 2019 the credit card payments taken through FishBowl no longer integrate to Intuit Merchant Services automatically. I have signed up for a new Payment Gateway of "Authorize.Net" but can't get the VAR sheet to do the set up. Or find any way to link the 2 together. No one seems to know what I'm talking about and I keep getting shuffled around. With no answer! I have to use FishBowl to do the sales since it's our inventory systems. But can run credit cards through QuickBooks to Intuit Merchant Services when a customer pays on their charge account.
So how can I link the credit card payments taken from FishBowl to Intuit Merchant Service????
Hello there, @shayc.
I want to make sure you're getting the right support in linking your credit card payments from Fishbowl to QuickBooks.
There would be a need for us to look up your Fishbowl account on a secured environment and further check on the root cause of the connection error you’ve received. Since the Community space is a public forum, I'd recommend contacting the dedicated Customer Care for Fishbowl.
Here's how:
On the other hand, if the credit card connected with Fishbowl is also linked with QuickBooks, your customer payments will be downloaded automatically in the system. For additional insights, you may check this article: Add and match Bank Feed transactions.

I did finally get the answer after days on the phone and hold times as long as 1 1/2 hours. I am extremely disappointed that it was not a simple fix. Fishbowl and Intuit payments for Merchants used to be integrated and seamless. But no longer. And since we sell inventory out of Fishbowl and take credit cards that way, with only the accounting department using Quickbooks, Intuit merchant services will lose almost all of our credit card business. It was so much easier the way it was before I did my Fishbowl update and realized that Intuit no longer supports it in credit card services.
