May I know what specific service are you referring to? To know the details of the charge that you received, It'd be best to reach out directly to our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check on your account and provide you with  information about the charge that you have. To reach them, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Desktop company.
  2. Select QuickBooks Help.
  3. Click Contact us.

However, if you're referring to a Merchant Services charge, you can reach them through this contact information: QuickBooks Payments for Desktop.
