Once you receive a payment in Quickbooks, and it is deposited into your account.....can the customer then turn around and dispute the transaction and have it reversed, in which, the money would then be withdrawn back out of your account?

The customer can go to their bank and dispute the payment. When a transaction is disputed,the bank creates a formal dispute or a chargeback which immediately reverses the payment.
