If you're using QuickBooks Payments, please note we only receive payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit card types. Right now, accepting HSA, HRA, and FSA cards as the payment method is unavailable.
That said, only the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) complaint programs will be able to process this type of payments. You can search for any third-party device to help you with the process, then use POS for record keeping.
