Where is Undeposited Funds?

Very dissapointed in your services.

I have been watting for my funds to be available and you are holding them for more then a week.

I have been calling the whole week and there is no way to comunicate with you.

I’m here to guide you in the right direction, so you can receive the funds.


To resolve the issue, we’ll have to check why the money is not yet deposited to your account. Since the safety of your company is our top priority, I recommend contacting our Merchant Team again.


They have to gather sensitive information in order to review why the account is on hold. After verifying the information and identifying the root cause, our phone support will provide detailed information on how and when to get the funds.
