Join nowI put a credit card payment in and it simply disappears. Can't see it in sent payments or decremented from the account balance. VERY frustrating. Not sure if the payment went through or not...I think I have to go back to checks- this thing is useless.

If it is not in the audit log it did not process. The audit log is my go-to for confirming transactions were processed in QBO.
Did you look in the audit log? Go to Gear Icon / Tools / Audit Log
It's not there. The payment I did just before this one is there, but not this one. Could it be real if it's not in the audit log? Am I safe reestablishing it?
