Converted data is not reconciling. How do I clear the transactions on the dashboard for the bank account

Hello there, teresa_masiello.

 

I'd like to know more about the converted data. Are they converted by a third-party application? If so, you'll have to manually reconcile them in QuickBooks Online.

 

Regarding your second question, There are two options in clearing the transactions. You can activate your bank in the online banking and match the transactions so it will be cleared. You can also manually clear them in the Chart of Accounts.

 

Here's how to manually clear the transactions:

  1. Go to Accounting and choose Chart of Accounts.
  2. Look for the account that contains the transactions you want to clear.
  3. Click View register.
  4. Click the transactions and repeatedly click the Reconcile field until letter C appears.
  5. Click Save.
