I am trying to produce a report that is one step on by the P&L by location and total. I would like to have the budget included in the report to allow for comparison of actual income and expenditure in each location and the overall against the budget.
At the moment I can't see an obvious way. Can anyone help?
QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have an option to include the Budget in the Profit and Loss by Location report at this time. As a workaround, you need to pull up two separate reports to have a comparison.
To pull up the Profit and Loss by Location:
1. Click the Reports menu at the left pane. 2. Enter Profit and Loss by Location on the search field or scroll down to Business overview section.
For the Budget report:
1. On the Reports menu, search for the Budget vs. Actual. 2. Or go back to the Business overview section.
