Client paid me in qb, $ went to closed account. I updated the bank info, but still see the prompt to fix bank connection. Vendor says it shows as paid, but not the case.

If this is bank account you use to receive your clients’ payments, please contact our QuickBooks Payments team. However, if this is for your vendor payments (Bill Pay), you can contact the QuickBooks Online (QBO) phone or chat instead.

  2. Enter a short description of your concern and click on Let's talk.
  3. Select from Chat or Get a callback.
