In QuickBooks Online, you'll receive your payment receipts through email if you're the listed master admin. Let me discuss this in details and guide you in getting your receipts.
If you aren't seeing those receipts in your email's inbox, please consider checking your Spam or Junk folders. But if you happened to receive and delete them
before, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care team. They can securely gather your account details and resend your receipts via email.
