Re: Hello, For some reason my expenses are showing up anymore from my credit card.

Thanks for bringing this matter to my attention, @conquerfitnesspr.

I can help get your credit card transactions downloaded in QuickBooks Online.

Before we begin, may I know the name of the bank you’re having this problem with? Knowing more about the issue will help me conduct further investigations, so I can provide the most accurate resolution to you.

In the meantime, let’s manually update your bank feeds to refresh the connection between the bank and QBO. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Banking from the left navigation and select Banking.
  2. Under the Bank and Credit Cards section, choose the bank account you’re having issues with.
  3. Click the Update button.

If you continue to get the same result, I recommend importing the transactions from your bank’s website to QBO using our WebConnect feature. Let me show you how:

  1. Log in to your bank’s website.
  2. Download your transactions by following your bank’s online process.
  3. Select a specific date range for your transactions.
  4. Choose a supported file for the download.
  5. Remember the name and the location of the download file, so you can easily find it.

To upload the file in QuickBooks, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Banking from the left navigation and select Banking.
  2. Choose File Upload from the Update drop-down. (Screenshot attached)
  3. Click Browse and look for the download file, then hit Next.
  4. Select the account from the QuickBooks account drop-down.
  5. Hit Next.

That should get you pointed in the right direction. Comment below on how it goes, and we'll take it from there. Thanks for coming to the Community, and take care!
