Hello. I am wanting to see my Invoice dates within the Sales Income Summary report. Can I add this information?

Let me welcome you to the Intuit Community, tirsbeck.


There’s isn’t a way of adding the invoice date on the Sales Income Summary Report. This information can only be seen on the account’s quick report.


You’ll have to tailor each income account to see the invoice date. I’ll guide you on how to access this report.

 

  1. Log in first to your company.
  2. From there, choose Accounting on the left panel.
  3. Choose Chart of Accounts.
  4. Select the income you’re working on.
  5. Under the Action column, click on Run Report.
  6. In the upper right corner, choose the Customize tab and sort it to only show the invoices.
  7. Select Filter.
  8. Mark the box for Transaction Type and select Invoice from the drop-down.
  9. Choose Run Report for the changes to take effect.
  10. On the Account QuickReport page, go to the Date column to see the invoice data.
