Hello kat,

 

Communication is key to managing your business efficiently. The great news is that QuickBooks Online lets you easily track if a specific sales form was emailed to your customer. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Select the gear icon on the top right corner
  2. Under Tools select Audit Log
  3. Locate the Statement in question
  4. The EVENT column will show Emailed Statement No. XXXX if this statement was emailed to the customer.
