You’ve come to the right palce, @onsitemix.

 

You can use the Bank Deposit feature in QuickBooks Online. I’m here to help you how.

 

First off, Undeposited Funds is the default account that holds payments from customers. So, you’ll need to deposit your funds from that account to your bank account using the Bank Deposit feature.

 

Here’s how:

  1. Click the Plus (+) icon
  2. Under Other, select Bank Deposit.
  3. Choose the company’s bank account under the Account column.
  4. Select the payment you want to deposit.
  5. Click Save and close.
