I can walk you through with the steps on how to send invoices as PDF in QuickBooks Online.

 

In QuickBooks, there is an option to attach a downloadable PDF copy of your sales transaction. Perform these steps to enable this feature in the Account and Settings page:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon and click Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Sales on the left panel.
  3. Tap the Online delivery section to expand the options.
  4. Mark the PDF attached checkbox.
  5. Hit Save then Done.

However, if you're mailing them outside QuickBooks, download them manually by following the steps below:

 

Download a PDF copy in the Sales tab:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Tap the Invoice tab.
  3. Mark the invoices you want to save.
  4. Click the Batch actions button.
  5. Choose Print invoices to open the PDF window.
  6. Click the Download icon at the top right section of the PDF screen.

 

 

Create a PDF copy after creating an invoice:

 

  1. Open the invoice.
  2. Click on Print or Preview twice.

     
  3. On the PDF screen, click the Download icon.
