Re: How to make a new P.O. by copying the old one?

Here's how you can easily copy an existing purchase order to create a new one, Hiro:

  1. Open the existing purchase order.
  2. Click More at the bottom menu and select Copy.
  3. Add necessary the information and click Save and close.

Aside from copying the purchase order, you might want to create a recurring template that you can use in the future.

  1. Open the existing purchase order.
  2. Select Make recurring at the bottom menu.
  3. In the Recurring Purchase Order window, enter the Template name and Type (Unscheduled).
  4. Enter the transaction details and click Save template.

Then, you can go to the Recurring Transactions page if you want to create the purchase order:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Recurring Transactions.
  2. Look for the recurring purchase order template and click Use.
