I cannot categorize my expenses any longer on the app. Done this for years, but now, I cannot categorize the expense, the app only gives me Assets and 2 credit cards.

You might want to check if this is an application issue, jrreo.

 

Here's how to run some basic troubleshooting on your app.

 

You can log in using a browser and check if your QuickBooks Online is working. If it does, you can go back to your mobile app and clear its data. Here's how:

  1. Clicking the Menu icon and then Help & Feedback.
  2. Select Refresh Data.

After, close then open the app. Then, categorize your expenses again.
