I cannot get transactions because of fraudulent activity on an old card. connection is good. I get the message, "we can't find this account.?

Let me share an idea of why you got that message, slpygoat.

 

It could be that:

  • The Financial Institution (FI) moved your account to a new server.
  • The account nickname has changed.
  • The FI issued a new account number.
  • The bank account closed.

You'll want to manually update your account. Simply go to Banking tab, then click the Update button.
