Is anyone else having issues with logos not working on invoices and estimates seems like a basic function ours worked for a couple weeks now just shows as black box

Hello there, walstontimberfra. 

 

I have checked our list of reported issues and found that our product team is working on to solve this unusual behavior.

 

I would recommend reaching out to our phone support agents so they can add your account to the notification list. Here's how: 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper-right corner. 
  2. Select Contact us
  3. Enter your concern about the invoice and estimate logos not working. 
  4. Then, click Continue
  5. You have the option to Start messaging or Get a call back

In the meantime, you can try uploading your logo again while our team is working to resolve this for you.
